Once a year I head to London Town with a dear friend of mine who is of a similar mind. We hit the shops like a couple of Olsen twins and don’t leave until our shoulders are sore and we have no money in our current accounts. Then we head to a hotel to drink Rosé and eat Maltesers in bed. It was during one of these excursions I bought By Terry Hyaluronic Blush.

It is a little expensive, I think it was knocking on £40 if I remember rightly. But I didn’t care, I was in Selfridges and full of glee.

All the make up By Terry makes has skincare benefits, cheers Terry! I think their signature dish is the Light Expert Click Brush but the shop lady thought it wouldn’t be right for my oily face. So I had the hyaluronic blush in bubble glow instead. It’s a pink colour with little hints of shimmer.

I’m using this blush pretty much on the daily (rotating it with a Charlotte Tilbury stick, more on that later). Pop a blob on the apples of my cheeks and it blends in nicely, transforming my ghostly pallor in a jiff. It lasts well throughout the day too. I’m not sure about the hyaluronic acid biz, can say I notice anything plumping, but that’s by the by. The Selfridges lady seemed overly concerned about putting too much on and not looking subtle, I’m not interested in that type of approach to makeup.
